So id like to bring up something ive noticed.
When a wrestler takes a fight down and controls a round at a time...he gets labeled as Lay and pray, boring, or safe. which depending on your view may be fair to say.
But when a guy like Magny, Machida, or any other runners fight people call it tactical and good footwork. They run away from the exchange and do even more than just stay out of range. They literally just run and run and run. and every now and then they will hit something and people will forget that we sit through 3-5 rounds at a time of sleepy time.
So a wrestler is being boring(despite the fact that people train to stuff takedowns and cant. so obviously the wrestler is just playing to his strength). While guys that run away from the action are considered smart fighters? Is it because this site seems to hate American fighters?
