I'm really interested on this subject. Please post his name, if it's ok with you.

they're both really cool, names won't do you any good though.

funny characters, like to drink and party, hit on girls all the god damn time.

My instructor is one of teh coolest laid back and centered people you would ever meet. Very patient, very good instructor. There is a old saying when a student is ready, the teach appears. I think this applied to me.

My BJJ instructor is a great guy. Family man , and very laid back. Hes an MMA fighter. He dont drink nor smoke. Good example to look upon. Im honerd to be getting trained by him.

my instructors are great. Rafael Loato Sr. and Rafael Lovato Jr.

both are great guys and firends of mine. Jr. and i are good friends and we hang out most of the time outside of BJJ. Both are very classy respectable guys.

Sr. is probably more personable and he teaches most of the beginner classes. As a result a lot of new guys don't really get to know Jr. and probably get intimidated by him because he is very serious about his training and not very social on the mat.

my instructor is addicted to boobies

Rolles, Igor, Gregor, Rafael Gordinho, Ze, John, and Magno are great people to say the least.

my instructors are very good, they give me time when i need it, and make it so i can understand. on off hours i can talk to them, it seems more as a family than anything else

I must say, the most centered and nice people that I've ever met have been BJJ guys who have been practicing for 10+ years.

I went to Renzos for a week to train - 17 classes in one week - all those guys were awesome and very very welcoming - Magno even told me hed show me the best places in Rio to hook up with the ladies if I ever went !!!! what a nice guy!

my BJJ instructor = Carlos Machado

as a person he is nice, laid back, personable, yet you still feel that he is world class,
celebrity in the martial arts world. Yet its the simple little things like he makes
an effort to remember your name even though he sees hundreds of people in a week.

Mine is great. He has 3 kids and has been training with the gracies since the garage days and trained muay thai even before that.

Hes a funny guy and helps you with whatever you need, he also has alot of funny ass stories to tell about Brazil or something of ze sort.

He is a great guy and excellent teacher with endless amount of knowledge of BJJ/submissions. His name is David Roy.

My coach is a little 54 year old bald 4th degree (dan) black belt in judo who most of us would TOTALLY underestimate by just looking at him.

He's pretty intense and has a throw named after him called the "Randy No-Throw" because he always says, 'Ok, no throw here" when demonstrating a throw but then throws you anyway.

Good sense of humor, likes Irish beer and fine wine.

He's the head of a Falconer club and has a Cooper's Hawk and Peregrine Falcon for "hunting." He let me tag along once on one of his "hunts" and it was really amazing.

He compete's internationally in Judo at the Master's level, and often wins big events (like the Pan Ams and World Masters).

He wrestled through college and then did judo.

We stick to a a theme of grips, 8 directions throwing, and randori nearly every class.

He's a newaza specialist.

He's slept with BJJ_Tudor's mom once a while back. How old are you Tudor?

my first karate instructor was skinny and tall and he was pretty social..he was friendly and he lives in the dojo(he had like a little fort and kitchen and bathroom in the back of it) he had long hair and he was like one of those old style type of guys. my judo teacher was this huge 350 pound guy who competed in mma and a lot of judo comps. he was extremely nice but when he got mad it wasnt good lols

my gi instructor is an awesome guy. he truly cares about whether or not i improve my game and answers any questions i have enthustiastically, and is always willing to roll with me to help sharpen any aspect of my game i (or he) think i need to work on. he opens his garage and his mats to us, trains us, and has never asked a dime of pay for instruction i would gladly pay good money for.

There are four main guys that I see at the gym. 3 of the guys, I go to their classes/train with regularly. Also, I hang out with them all the time outside the gym. We go get food, buy CDs, etc. The other guy is awesome but I don't get to hang out with him much since he has a family. Anyway, they are very cool.
