So far, my highest bill was just a little over $400... pretty high even for Las Vegas standards.
how many square feet are you trying to cool off?
$525 FML. Arizona sucks for staying cool.
I never hit even close to $100/mo. during the summer. I usually hover between $30-60.
During the winter I hit around $200-300, though.
$0 for me, wife's work pays the bills.
$60. Been a very cool summer in Michigan this year.
About 200 I think. South Texas gets pretty butt ass hot.
even when it's close to 100 everday, like it has been my bill rarely exceeds 125.
but it's a ranch house, single storey etc.
plus I had the attic totally re-insulated and spent about 15grand on argon windows.
Mine is about the same in Arizona
Most houses don't have ac in Montana. 70-90$ in the summer. 150-175$ winter
Minimal. No fatties in this home so we hardly use AC even on 90+ days.
It's been pretty freakin' high!
Aint no choice in Houston. Unless you are anorexic, or a crackhead, you got to run that A.C. Can't sleep at night in a hot ass house. I need it around 69-70, plus the fan going.
it's not the heat that gets you. It's the 80% + humidity + the heat.
Lost about 40 pounds since last summer. Haven't needed the AC as much this year. Bill's been around $95-$100 every month.
How large is your house and what temp do you keep it at?
Mine was around $280 and it's kept at 80 when I'm not home, 77 when I'm home and 74 at night.
What temp does it have to get inside before you turn it on?
This guy knows what's up. I barely saw that you live in Corpus, nice.
My small ass studio apartment doesn't charge for utilities, thank gawd.
