Page vs toney
Alvarez vs brooks
Tito vs soko
Chandler vs held/pitbull winner
Mvp vs riggs

Spike
Kongo vs thompson
Grove vs irvin

I'm guessing they want to save their title fights to do good numbers on spike.

No, That's an awful card. Page v Toney and Soko v Tito are complete joke fights. Page should either fight Newton or Tito.

No, it's poorly constructed. Way too many guys well past their prime, or have proven to have limited upside.

Vis a vis Rampage-Toney, I think Rampage said he's interested, but not until he handles some unfinished business against a couple guys. I'm assuming that means fighting two of Tito, Newton (only because it's for the title), and Spong (in his mind).

I think this is a card which is much more appealing and realistic:

Rampage vs. Tito
Alvarez vs. Brooks/Chandler
Dantas vs. Warren
Page vs. Zaromskis/Amoussou (final of 4-man tourney)
McGeary vs. Lins (final of 8-man tourney)

Or you could see Mayhem join the company and fight Ward or Filkins in a final. Either way there was be good smack talk leading up and during. It's whatever lines up timing wise. But there are a lot better options than you suggested.

Tito/Page
Eddie/Brooks
Dantas/Warren
Koreshkov/Lima
Mo/Soko

Spike
MVP/War Machine
Kongo/Ivanov
Caldwell/lower level FW prospect
Galvao/Silva

Id buy that but prefer:

Rampage vs shaq (open weight)
Alvarez vs lima
Tito vs doug marshall
Mo vs sokodjou
mvp vs war machine

Tito/Page
Eddie/Brooks
Dantas/Warren
Koreshkov/Lima
Mo/Soko

Spike
MVP/War Machine
Kongo/Ivanov
Caldwell/lower level FW prospect
Galvao/Silva

3 title fights is way too much. It didn't work out well the last time when the fights overall were relatively boring and the event dragged on.

Also, Mo-Soko is a fight with no upside and limited fan appeal. Rampage and Tito at least have established fan bases, so the fight sells well enough, even though ideally I'd like to split them up. But then you have another title fight in Rampage-Newton and a question of if they would even fight (although then why did they join tourneys?).

3 title fights can work if they pace the event the right way and Mo/Soko is just Mo getting back in there with a guy he should beat who has a bit of a name.

Is Mo vs some loser from this upcoming tournament more interesting? not really.

It wont happen I agree especially if its Tito/page. Bellator will start to look at it like UFC, if 100k bought Tito/Mo without Eddie on it they can start to slack a bit and make the Spike cards better.

Why put so many big fights on a card when they can get away with Tito/Page with Eddie/Brooks and maybe Warren/Dantas then MVP and some ok prelims.

So yeah I agree its not likely they would make a card that big but you ask what I'd buy, thats the kind of card it would take.

Three title fights is to much. Riggs vs mvp is an awesome fight to see where mvp is at. Split tito and page throw chandler on the same card

If the 3 fights go long and aren't quite entertaining, there's no way you can pace it to where the event won't drag on. The 3 fights alone will be an hour and a half.

I think if you are willing to pay for an event, you should for the one I suggested. There's a little more balance with "only" the 2 title fights (that's the max you can do IMO), plus you'd have Page vs. a solid opponent, and McGeary-Lins or Mayhem vs. someone who will jaw with him. That's more interesting than the one you suggested with 3 title fights and a throw away in Mo-Soko. I'm not terribly averse to scheduling that, but if you are, don't expect people to waste their money on it.
