How would Tyron Woodley success be in the 185 division?

His style of backing himself up to the cage and counter punching would be horrible against guys who hit harder, have a long reach, and can bully him into the cage. Jacare, Weidman, Rockhold, and especially Romero are terrible fights for him.

Lets face it he would defeat bisping who is the current champ. What do you think?

I'd say Bisping would jab him for five rounds and win a decision.

Don't like Woodley but he absolutely could. You realize Bisping just had a super close fight with a 400 year old Henderson who isn't even a remotely good fighter anymore. Woodley is much better than current Hendo, so Woodley beating him isn't that much of a stretch.

He gets hosed by most of the top 10 though.

I think he'd do OK, probably crack the top 10 but he loses to the elite. Even Mousasi would beat him.

Nobody who misses weight is too small for the next class up.
If they were too small, they wouldn't miss weight.

Hendo's style is a worse match up for Bisping than Woodley's is. Woodley would do badly back up like he always does against someone like Bisping, who has reach and a gas tank to tax him with.

Woodley's style of backing up to the cage is terrible against larger fighters.
