How would roided, 4-month USADA exempted Brock do against current Cain?
 
I think for some reason people underestimate how good Cain is. This coming from a massive Brock fan. Can via round 1 murder
 
Since the situation would be the exact same as last time, I'd say about the same as last time
 
Cain would beat him so badly he would go from looking like a jacked up white boy to looking like a hairless grimace within 2 rounds.
 
If only we had a preview of such a fight...

Already happened. Cain humiliated lifetime USADA exempt Brock.

Why are you asking? We had this fight before. I doubt Lesnar is any better now.
 
look he was able to use the cage to take mark down. Whenever mark had space he could get away but against the cage it was impossible for him to escape. That is all brock had. Cain would have had more to the table for Brock to deal with than that. He would have struggled mightily to get Cain down if at all.
 
He would lose to Cain with drugs or without them. Roids aren't a magical drug that make you an amazing fighter.
 
Cain tears his heart out and shows it to him in the first round. Brock doesn't have the gas to make things competitive with Cain for longer than 40 seconds, judging by their first fight and (more telling perhaps) the Hunt fight.
