How would Maia vs Hendricks go?

Maybe a strange thread to make given Maia is on a roll while Hendricks has been slipping, but stylistically Bigg Rigg seems like he could be a tough matchup for the BJJ god if he uses his wrestling in reverse to keep it standing with his power. Who do you think takes it and how?

At this point with all Hendricks issues making weight, I don't see him lasting past round 2 vs Maia.

Lol at people picking Maia. Post USADA Hendrivks had trouble in the standup. It's not like he's been getting taken down over and over.

 

If you asked me this prior to Hendricks' current skid, I would have said Hendricks for sure. Now I would say Maia.

Bad match up for Maia ..

It will never happen. Hendricks is gonna be forced to move up. With usada in place now it's very clear he's a different person and can't make weight.

 

I'd love to see Maia grapple-fuck Hendricks haha

 

Side Note:

I just rewatched GSP/Hendricks last night. It is incredible how much Johnny has diminished and been deflated since USADA started.
