How would Conor do against Cerrone at LW?

McGregor if they stand, but Cerrone is much stronger and could take it to the ground.

I'd say McGregor puts him down with a body shot. All that budweiser really ruined Cowboys liver.

I'd pick McGregor. It would be like watching a repeat of Pettis vs Cerrone.
 
Cerrone has always been a can crushes. His biggest win is Benson and he knows he didn't win that. McGregor would butcher him especially with his body shots.
 
Well, Cerrone's only real weaknesses seems to be round kicks and stockton slaps.

If Colton learns either of those, he'd have a shot. Otherwise though, Cowboy is better almost everywhere. No reason to suggest he wouldn't just shoot a double, mount him and tap him.
 
this is a tough pick for me. I'm a huge Cowboy fan but he...fucking seems to wilt a bit when the pressure is on. Plus, he gets hurt to the body and McG really does have great placement on his punches. Now, on the other hand, Conor has, let's say, "suspect" ground fighting abilities and cardio whereas Cerrone has great cardio and ever improving ground game with takedown skills.

also, this is a good fight for Conor to be welcomed to the LW division.

Of the two fights with Benson the judges had the wrong guy each time.
