Competition combined with USADA might be a bit much.
 
He was good for his time but fought in a completely different era of MMA that makes it hard to compare (also several of his earlier fights were likely works). He was also a quarterfinalist for the RINGS King of Kings Tournament 1999 (32 man Open Weight tournament with the likes of Hendo, Big Nog, Babalu, Valentijn Overeem, Kiyoshi Tamura, Jeremy Horn, Renzo, and others), a pretty notable achievement.

Who knows, he was definitely short for 205lbs though. So is Ilir Latifi, I suppose.
 
A very good fighter for his time but asking how he'd do in the UFC in 2016 is kind of like asking the same question about Royce.
 
Misha was dirty as fuck, IIRC. He'd fit in UFC's eye poke era.
