How will these injuries affect Jones?

Ripped his big toe off against Sonnen.

Shattered his foot against Gus.

Until recently, Jones has been, for the most part, injury free. Will these injuries hurt him in the long run?

Even then, if Jones sits out for a long time to recover, Glover should get the next shot and I don't mind if he waited on Jones.

In the mean time, have Gus fight Cormier for the next shot.

I don't think his left foot was "shattered". He moved on it fine in round 5, with weight on it, which just won't happen if it's shattered, no matter how tough you are. A fracture sounds more likely, maybe a couple of hairlines.
