Sadly thanks to SiriusXM rush and being to lazy to change the channel after MMA junkie I can answer this..... ..... .... There is a new "brand split" happening in WWE where Monday Night Raw and Tuesday NIght Smackdown will each have their own unique separate rosters, There will be a "draft" to pick which superstar will go to which "brand" and they will be on that show and not the other one. Apparently they will have their own PPVs as well and Share 4 a year together.

In conclusion I don't know how the OP thinks this could apply to the UFC since there isn't a weekly show or anything resembling it. Best fighters are on PPV then Fox then FightNight Cards... End of story, makes no sense whats so ever in context of UFC.
