Not trying to hate on him, he's was a hard puzzle and would beat hard puzzles but looking at his run post Matt Serra his run had 8 decisions, with many being lay and pray, his only finish post getting his belt back was against Bisping via Sub. There was the BJ fight which was a TKO but BJ quit on the stool and wasn't the BJ of old

He probably will be champ but wouldn’t go on a big run. He’s a bit small for today’s WWs. The guys nowadays know how to use the fence to stand back up. Their focus is to try to get back on their feet. They no longer stay in guard and hold.

Where was the hate? I am just saying it how it is / was. If i had to compare him to a current fighter it'll have to be Belal and we both see the hate he gets for not finishing. Yes he finished the Champ but he also timed his comeback for the Champ to be a weaker champ, he said it himself many times UFC is like stocks and you need to know when to play it.

His current standing is good, it'll forever be good, that wasn't my question though.
