How well do you think ufc 246 is being marketed?

I just assume all the fights are being promoted because I spend all my free time lurking around this website. I’m pathetic.

Hard to say.

I did see an ad on Instagram but half the comments were either saying they would’ve ordered it but are not willing to pay for espn+ or they were commenting wondering why it wasn’t on ppv (casuals who have no idea how an espn+ ppv works). Some think it’s an espn card, some think it’s a espn+ card, and some are saying they’re not buying it because of espn-plus.

I think it’s very possible that there’s going to be quite a bit of confusion and lag as people try and subscribe and order it Saturday. Maybe that’s why the card is so terrible, they anticipate less refunds will be demanded if there isn’t anything there to really miss out on before the main event.

Just interested in sherdogs opinion as here in the UK none of my casual mma fans have mentioned the fight and the few I've asked about it didn't even know Conor was fighting this Saturday.

Only advertising I've seen for it is a short TV ad on bt sports as it's on ppv.

Is it being promoted heavier in the USA?
Are the ufc relying too much on Conor to sell this like his previous fights?
Have the casuals got bored and moved on?

I think the numbers are going to be a lot lower than people expect.
Very very poorly
