How was Edwards vs Belal NOT ruled a DQ?

Can someone please explain to me why this wasn’t a DQ... better yet how is Smokin’ Herb Dean still employed by the AC? That guy is a disaster.

I agree. All the logic used to justify the Yan DQ applied to this fight. They got one of these fights wrong

This.Most fouls aren’t intentional but if they are fight ending and after a warning how can they have no negative repercussion for they guy perpetrating the foul?

I understand if Leon did it defensively during a parry or to create space, but he INITIATED the foul. He literally ran at his opponent with a foul.

He didn't intentionally poke but he did intentionally extend.

I’m pretty desensitized to UFC violence but that was hard to watch. I thought Belal’s career would be compromised after watching his eye bleed. Nasty stuff.
