Hey team, The UFC website says that the event will be playing on TSN. I checked the TSN site and here is what I see. However, using my Shaw Cable box, the Sunday 10PM time slot for TSN2 and doesn't show any UFC Fight Night (see below). Will this one be on FightPass? Any other Canadians out there facing the same problem? I would love to see this fight but completely understand if it's not available to Canadian Shaw Cable customers. I'd like to know for sure. My Shaw Gateway is showing a 1 hour time slot on channel 236 & 238 at 9:00pm mountain time. I guess because McGregor says he will KO him in under 2 minutes !!
Damn, I was really hoping the TSN website was accurate. I have TSN 2, no TSN 3. I think TSN 3 is an extra channel you have to purchase an additional Shaw package for. Anyone know if it will be available on Fightpass?
TSN'll def be carrying it. I'd imagine the Shaw TV guide will update overnight tonight or the following day.
According to TSN and fight network's website.. Fight network will have a pre fight show on at 6pm ET followed by live prelims from 7-10pm ET on fight network and the main card will be live at 10pm ET on TSN2
Looks like I will be watching at 10 pm (the main card) and downloading the rest later.. I want it to start now!
Canadian fans should start a petition or something. Seems crazy that they're geo-blocking fightpass for the sake of tape delayed events. Very poor from the UFC.
Getting fucken tired of getting fucked around by these companys, I pay for UFC.tv and I dont have cable because I got tired of always having to switch channels around paying out the ass for it. Cant even cancel my fightpass subscription tonight because the page loads blank haha fuck my asshole.
Not really related, but what really pisses me off is the fact that my cable provider took away AXStv (formerly HDNet) off the channels a few years ago. Anyone know how to watch that channel in Canada? I really miss watching their MMA cards, Inside MMA etc.
