how to wash cloth shinguards?

checked the faq, but couldn't find anything. just a quick question:

how do i was cloth shinguards? safe to machine wash? or must i wash by hand?

soak them, rinse and hang to dry

I machine wash mine (usually on delicate), then hang em up to air dry

On some you can remove the foam. There is a slot on the inside.
