How to keep muscles hard?

I'm just wondering how to keep muscles hard. I've noticed all of my friends who work out with me at the gym have harder biceps (just a muscle that everyone shows off) and we all do the same body parts on the same days. Meaning same bicep exercises, same amount of reps but they use 30-35 pound dumbbells and I use 25's. My friends are both about 155-160, age 16 and 17 and I'm about 131, 16 years old, I was wondering if it is the body fat difference or weight difference? If anyone has any answers please post them. Thank you.

there's super secret stuff in the frequently asked questions thread that's stickied at the top of this forum...you may want to read it thoroughly...and then reread it a few more times...in no time at all you'll likely be much stronger than all your friends combined...

spend more time posing, how do you think bodybuilders get so hard...durr

I bet your friends go home and pose extra hard, but don't tell you about it. You gotta think smart kid, its a pose or be posed world out there.
 
I inject cement and nails into my muscles for teh hardness...
 
Next time you jerk it try ingesting your own semen. Sounds disgusting but it acts as a super shot of protein that helps keeps your muscles dense(specifically biceps), it works trust me.
