How to increase your maximum voluntary ventilation

I developed this exercise to increase vital capacity of your lungs to improve sport performance.

Take your training partner (can be weightlifting buddy or muay thai sparring partner or whatever).
Open your mouths and press them to each other so no air can escape and each partner must blow as hard as they can. You will have to work harder to increase your pressure output. If your partners output is higher than yours his air will push into your lungs and at this point you must tap out and begin again.
 
Blowing air doesn't provide enough resistance. Try putting his dick in your mouth and blowing while he pisses. Then when that gets too easy, remember that semen has a much higher viscosity than urine. Science bitch.

I do this all the time but I've actually scientifically (I'm a legit scientist) found a way to improve performance 13x. I just place my lips right on the sides butthole (has to. E a dude, dosent work on chicks) and instead of blowing I actually suck. It's improved my cardio 10x...
