how to increase speed in kicks that involve rotation

    kicks like the spin back kick and spin heel kick. when I see this in movies or mma most of the time they're really fast while mine feel really slow. any tips to increase speed other than practicing this move alot? I'm doing 100 times a day now because I'd really like to perfect these moves. thanks

    You have to stretch your hips and legs out.


    You can only gain all that speed if your hip flexor allows it.

    Go stretch out your hip flexor a 100 times a day until you create great balance, flexibility than work on the speed of the kick.

    Without balance and flexibility you'll have sloppy slow uncoordinated kicks.

    I can kick high and practice my balance everyday. but never tried to get hip flexibility. Ill stretch those too. thanks for the tip
