Actually, I don't think any of us _post_ from HULK's house. We just workout there in the basment. And Kory, none of us have a key, either. But we have times that we workout, you know. And Thursday is never one of them.
Two days ago, I rested. Yesterday, I squatted. Rookie was in the gym with me ready to take a crack at squatting again. He's getting down the form and he can squat a lot better than last week or whatever. We listened to "Canada Songs" by Daughters a few times and drank old water that had been lying around the gym for a bit.

Here I failed, but no that I think back, I think I could have done it. When you're setting PR's I guess you need to get into the mindset of "I _can_ do it!" and not "I've never done this before..." But anyways, today was heavy squat so were were going for PR's and crap and it was a lot of fun. So I went back a little to add some to my own PR.

And then it was time to get my legs some real squatting. I'm used to doing like 155x7 and I think that is way weak and I need to get on the ball. I know that squatting is definitely my weakest link as far as the "big three" and being a sissy powerlifter and all.

Overhead Squats
Last week I did 75x10x3. But this week I was overhead pressing 85x5x5. So I thought that since I was overhead pressing that much, I should definitely be able to overhead squat that crap. And definitely, this is one of my favorite excercises although I've only been doing it for a few weeks so far.

And that was the end of that. Next week, we're getting in our Captains of Crush Trainer, #1, and #2 and that $11 that probabaly doesn't do anything but is supposed to make it a little bit harder and you get two of! I'm so excited!
