60 seconds is quick. That would be tough for me to pull off w/ decent weight.
 
Well after about a month off I am back. I am also switching around my routine a little for some change and to do some more conditioning. I think I am going to do two full body days and two conditioning days. It will look something like this.
Day 1 - full body
Squat
Overhead Squat
OHP
something else
Day 2 - conditioning

Day 3 - Rest


Day 4 - conditioning

Day 5 - full body

Deadlift
BOR
Bench
Dips

On the conditioning days I will probably switch it up. Today I did 4 or 5 rounds on the body bag and did some body weight exercises during the rest period. I might do some sprints and BW stuff on those days as well. Maybe some other random stuff too.
I still want to gain strength on my full body days so hopefully I will still be able to do that. I think I might try some Oly lifts on the 2 lifting days as well. If there are any improvments please let me know.
