Anyone willing to give a review of just “How To Build Your Grappling Game Plan From A-Z” CD-ROM?
This CD came with the latest version of The Grappling Game Plan by Lloyd Irvin, which is mostly basic sport psychology. The only good piece was a short video about Fowler actual A-game, with moves strung together.
I wonder if the CD-Rom actually gives you a large collection of techs, shows possible combinations, and give guidance to test and improve your "if...then...else" patterns. If not, how is it structured?
Plese, don't attack Lloyd and his products here. They already did two years ago, and that thread wasn't very helpful to anyone: http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f12/new-lloyd-irvin-game-plan-cd-rom-510267/
