How to add Media and smiles?

I'm having trouble uploading media and some smiles. I was wondering if some one could help me with this? I was able to add oNE album, but for some reason I'm either not allowed to upload more, or the process is downright confusing. I would appreciate if I could get a step by step how-to plz. Thanks in advance
