    Right now I roll 3 times a week (Mon Wed Fri) and work striking twice per week (Tue and Thur) and want to throw in some conditioning workouts. The rolling takes a LOT more out of me than the striking, so;

    Am I better off adding conditioning after rolling and then having a lighter day afterwards, or doing my conditioning on an already lighter day?

    What you do is test every combination that you can think of and look at what works best for you, nothing is set in stone. Dont forget that the best option is usually to do conditioning and strength training in the morning and then martial arts in the afternon, the hours between the sessions helps. Another option is if you got the option to imediately do burpees or something after your done with rolling or sparring or something, it will suck but it will be very cost effective...
