Elections How the hell does count % jumps but vote numbers are still the same?

Take for example Nevada :
588 000
against
580 000

2 hrs later....
still same numbers.
but % count jumped from 64 to 75%.

Same situation in Michigan.
And I get this info from TWO infographics
Politico and Associated Press.

It's normal for # of votes to become different too, right!?!
 
The count report probably is ahead of the vote report. Especially if they're posting in batches like some states appear to be doing (vertical lines on the vote counts).

Doesn't seem too unusual if that's how they do it. Pure speculation though.

Yeah, but strange thing is this is happening only in Biden's lead states.
Trump states continue to be untouched.

Clarify. Because even the scandalous "vertical line" of batch reporting had votes go up for Trump too. Not sure how you're localizing this to "Trump states".
