I have taken about a month and a half off from lifting because of some stupid decisions i have made. Anyways i am starting back up, and I have no idea of what percentage of my old weights i should lift now. So could i get a few ideas of how i should start back up? thanks.

well if you are a novice the appropriate program would be "Starting Strength" see above link. Use relatively light weight than you where before and build your strength back up

My guesses are:

-alcohol
-a girl
-drugs
-prison

Or any combination of those. Or all of them.

I know it's irrelevant but I'm always curious about the back story. I have no idea why.

i actually started to pledge to a fraternity and it took me 5 weeks to finally decide it wasn't for me, so yeah really stupid.

not really only really it was mostly just push ups and sit ups. So it lacked the power and also a lot of other key factors.

Take 2 servings of Dat Dere Cell Tech.

If the frat had forced you to do squats, deads, power cleans, car pushes and such, would you have stayed?

That's not the point, I wasn't training during pledging and no it wasn't a workout routine. I wasted time and now I have to restart my training.

Good decision. I just got started again about 2 months ago with a modified 5x5. It has gotten me back up to my old maxes fairly quickly.

You should burn that Frat to the ground.
