They’re just doing what the US have been doing for the past few decades. Lecturing others on human rights while violating it themselves.

Difference is they only do at home at a large scale, whereas the US does it mostly outside at a large scale and some inside.

When ya have around 20% of the world's population at " home " that's more than enough no ? Also, They've been stirring up shit in africa , the pacific Islands and south America. Probably tonnes more locations than im aware off. They're actually pretty global with their influence and pilfering off natural resources. They just use their corporations rather than their military. Sneaky sneaky.
