I started Judo at 22 and BJJ at 23. Late start I know, but I am confident that it is better to start late and try than to never start at all.

agree I wish I tried boxing and wrestling when I was younger- but 20 yrs is still young- guess you just have to put more time in

Started wrestling as a sophomore in high school, and moved onto Brazilian at 19. Twenty years old now and the addiction bug is still firmly implanted in my skull.

(BJJ) Grappling 2 days before my 22nd birthday (1996) ,but I wrestle since I was 7-8 years old. I started doing amature wrestling when I was 14(1989) & freestyle wrestling at 16 years old, but I never competed in freestyle. I done Judo in 2002 & 2005.
