I just started taking MMA classes(Muay Thai and BJJ) and my body feels so worn after the classes but I assume I will eventually get use to it. I plan on increasing my strength and size(benching, free weights) Should I work out on the same day I have my MMA classes or on my days where I don't take classes? Which would be more safe/effective because I don't want to overwork my body.

2 day split or 3 day bench/squat/deadlift routine. Read the Faq.
