How often do you exercise

How often do you exercise? I've been really lazy recently and feel like I need to get back into running. Do you sherbros go to a gym, have a home gym, run around your city? What's your workout regimen? It's time for my ass to get up and stop being lazy.
 
5-6 times a week. i don't know why,cause I'm still a fat bastard.
 
Boxing circuit 3 times a week and play one game of basketball a week. Lost heaps of weight but have hit a plateau I think. I'm sure I could lose more if I stopped drinking and eating good food, but fuck that.
 
I walk 6 miles a day during the work week and go to the gym on weekends. once I startd walking to and from work I started to feel a lot better, more active and I've lost significant weight.
 
4 times a week, but have slacked off the past week doing a bathroom remodel
 
5x a week until i switched jobs. I've been doing it here and there since, but haven't gotten back into any kind of routine. Feel like shit this week, so it's time to suck it up.
 
I got fat these last 7-8 years. I always had a shit diet but iplayed basketball daily and I'm 6-3 so I was always skinny. Then I stopped playing regularly and started drinking heavy and put on 100 pounds. I play ball from time to time and would lift here and there as I have memberships to multiple gyms and have weights at work. But I just couldn't stay with it regularly. A good week would be followed by a bad month.

then around this last thanksgiving I hired a personal trainer. I know how to workout but I just didn't have the will power to make myself do it on a regular enough basis. So now I meet with my trainer twice a week. And I also do half hour YouTube workouts with my supervisor while at work. Since December 1st I've lost 30 pounds and have gained some muscle to help tone up. Still a long ways to go and I need to get better on diet still but I'm working on improving myself daily. 4-5 workouts/hikes/ basketball games a week.
 
Usually 2 weights sessions plus 1 or 2 seshes on the heavy bag followed by a bit of hit depending how I feel physically and mentally. Really can't be arsed training these days but there's a lot of animals out there and I gotta stay on point.
 
3 to 4 days a week at the gym plus whatever workouts and cardio circuits I do at home. Used to do mma/bjj twice a week but I haven't done that for a couple months and I'm not sure I'm gonna go back.
 
I've been feeling like shit physically recently and drinking a lot doesn't help. I was never much into working out with weights, more of a cardiovascular kinda thing. A new gym membership would be nice. A high school near my house just got a new running track put in. My pair of Nike Free Runs just ripped too btw. Fuck.
 
Hitting lifts killing siths 4-5 times a week.
 
sometimes (barely ever) ill do 150-200 crunches on my bed while watching tv
 
Used to MMA 4-5 times a week for a few months, lost a lot of weight and was in pretty good shape, but then I injured my leg/foot in sparring (blocked leg kick a la Weidman-Silva) and stopped training for 2-3 months. I recently got back to a regular boring gym and hit it 3 times a week for the usual weightlifting/cardio sessions. It's boring it's really boring. I miss MMA. Gym is boring.
 
i walk about an hour and a half each day, and lift weights in the morning and at night.
 
I don't really. My job has me on my feet all day every day and that seems to work. I'll jog once or twice a week with my girl though.
 
Cardio 5 times a week. Only 30 mins plus 5 min cooldown. Gotta stay fit both mentally and physically in order to keep my 1800+ 2 v 2 arena rating.
 
I used to work out 3 Times a day that was when I was super motivated though I didn't let anything get in my way but now not so much
 
Not much recently, but I get like that when I don't have a gym I'm going to. I can't do the workout thing at home, I need to get out and do it. I just signed up at the Y yesterday, so monday it's on like donkey kong
