Guys at a start of his journey and already ballooning up between fights i bet he will not make it even to top 15

weight cutting is stupid. The sport needs to move on with the whole “lose 1/6th your body weight a week before” bs.
just do same day weigh ins so we can really see who is the best at their natural weight.
Its odd because conventional wisdom would say this would shorten your career but Anderson was famous for bloating up inbetween fights and had one of the longest careers in the sport.

170lbs walking weight sounds small for a current LW, those guys jump to 170lbs or more on fight night.

Paddy the Faddy likes his pizza...nah, most fighters are not close to their weight class. I go with, at least, 20 pounds for the most part. Especially if they have average sized bones. It gets tricker for thick boned people.
Looks like he cuts roughly 40 pounds for his fights
