How much should I be lifting?

This is better:

1. Barbell Back Row
2. Deadlifts dont do much compared to squats so switch them to Power Cleans
3. Squats are great

Try to stick to 5x5 for faster strength gains to the nervous system and dont be afraid to pull a 1RMax now and then.

Start slightly lighter on your first sets to warm up and then go as heavy as possible to reach 5 reps.

No point in thinking about a weight you can't lift yet.
