How much is Jon getting to fight Gane?

Probably some Top Dollar.

He wanted over 30 mil to fight Frank, anyone know what dollar figure he has agreed to against Gane?

When did he say 30m.

Edit looks like Jones denied it.

Jones said he was making about $5million a fight at LHW and he wanted his pay to increase to match the risk he was taking, i figured he wanted 7/8m.

I actually think Gane will be a tougher fight for Jones than Ngannou would have been. I doubt that Jones will have the reach advantage he had at LHW most of the time, and Gane moves well on his feet. Looking forward to it!

Not sure why you and others say this.
Nganou is heavier , has a longer reach and more ko power than Gane.

So this doesn't add up for me.

I'm not sure. I wasn't invited to the negotiations.

"I had a brief phone meeting with UFC‘s lawyer Hunter a few days ago. As of right now I expressed to him that anywhere around eight to $10 million would be way too low for a fight of this magnitude (Ngannou)."

That's why none of this makes sense. Either Jones spent all his money and he's desperate for a payday, or they paid him 15 million + PPV points. Why now, and why Cyril Gane ?

There needs to be some kind of inquiry into this. Nothing Jones has done in the past 4 years has made any sense at all. We need financial records, emails, sources, and methods .

Yeah I mean it's Jones, nothing he says is reliable. He was probably trying his luck at the time, and now he starts to need money.
Seeing Gane getting outwrestled may have swayed him as well.

Makes a lot of sense, he was terrified of Frank but thinks Gane is beatable so he lowered his price probably, that's why I asked the question.
