I am a big fan of RRL and like nothing better than to watch him give it his all,in his last few fights with hendricks, rory and condit have all been 5 rounders with him pulling through with a big 5th round.I am worried given his age and the miles on his body and chin will we see the same taker of souls in his future fights

The Woodley fight wont be a war. If he survives the early onslaught he should win. Wonderboy will probably beat him though.

Plenty of fight fight left in Robbie, buddeh. Don't you worry.

He's always been a counter puncher and really hasn't taken an extreme amount of damage by any means. He's got a handful of fights left at the least.

As long as blood runs through his veins,he will keep faithfully serving the JUST BLEED GOD!

Hendricks 1, a lot
Then some fights
Hendricks 2, not so much in those fights
Rory 2, a lot
Condit, a lot

So yes, being a counter punch didn't any good for him.

5-7 fights. Either way he's gonna be punchy later in life. Dudes been through plenty of wars

He actually doesn't take as much damage as people thinks he does

He's not really a brawler either, if you watched his recent fights, he is very tentative most of the time, but when he does throw he throws bombs.

How many times has he been rocked though, 3?

Look at Arlovski. Ko'd cold 7 or 8+ times and that's at hw. He can still count to like 30 so he's good to go.

Have there been punch drunk MMA fighters? I imagine the shorter fights, being able to win by submission and no 10 count does a lot to reduce head trauma.

I mean the guys who have it had 12 round wars.

I expected him to get knocked out..........for the past 4 fights. He survived and turned into a 5 th round hulk. Sooner or later somebody will put his lights out in a depressing fashion.
Nevertheless i don't put money against Robbie...ever :D

Chuck is extremely punchy, yves Edwards seems to be a little punchy also. A lot of the time these side effects don't start showing up until later in life.

Now wonder boy is a fight i think robbie will need to be be his old self out the gates quick not giving him any room for his kicks and try to sleep him early

I believe he has some Ruthless 1st and 2nd round KO's to hand out in his upcoming fights.

I think this is his last one

Rory had him in trouble a few times, Condit dropped him in the 1st and rocked him in the 4th. Can't recall him in trouble vs Hendricks but he took a bunch of shots.

He's taken some damage for sure, I'm hoping Woodley isn't the one to benefit from that accumulation.

Regardless of anything Lalwer has put himself in the all time WW conversation in a few years - awesome resurgence.

Gary Goodrich It's a shame, I think he has dementia now.
