Now I'm on Consumer Cellular with 2 phones 600 minutes and no data plan for $33/month.

They're fighting for your money right now so let them know you're not happy. That's also how they gave me a better plan.

Old one was $40 per month, unlimited calls and texts, 4gb data, no plan, 3g connection. Would have stayed on this but I needed a new phone and work will not pay for a new phone but will pay for it in monthly installments ie my new plan.

My mates once got a new internet connection, and it was free for the first month as much as you want to download.

They went on a massive download binge in that month. I mean huge.

Then they got a bill for I shit you not $24,000.

Turns out the sales assistance signed them up a month by month plan instead so they didn't get the free month of unlimited, of course they went over their cap and then got charged stupid rates.

The company said they would have to pay it a few times but eventually let them off with like $150.

But for a while there things were pretty stressy for them.

I never go over my minutes, as I don't talk on the phone much.
Also, I never go over data usage. Mostly on wifi.

I'm going to AT&T tomorrow to see why my bill is so inconsistent from month to month. I agreed to $87 a month for just one line.

Oh and to top it off, I used my company "discount" a few months back which takes off about $5 a month.

My bill was $120.00/month with AT&T back in 2007 with the 1st iPhone. $107.00 now is outrageous.

I bought an unlocked RCA A-1 and it uses AT&T via Straight Talk...$45.00.month 3gb data unlimited talk/text.

They've actually been changing the laws in telecom so this guy lines up with the rest of the world in cell fees. It's nonsense the fees and guidelines we have here.
