I’ve been on my healthy diet and excercise and I’ve been cutting my body fat slowly.

I’m eating about 1650 calories a day and 164 grams of protein and working out and getting very lean and shredded.

    I went from 210 to 179.6 pounds.

I had a rough day with work and binged today for the first time in a few weeks.

    I ate:

    1. McDonald’s Big Mac meal
    2. Four slices of meat lover pizza
    3. 5 chicken wings
    4. One double chocolate donut
    5. One chocolate chip muffin
    6. 1 eclair
    7. One Coca Cola

probably about 4500 calories or something.

How much weight can you put on in one day from all that?

That’s not bad to do if you’re working out and eating healthy the majority of the time. Your body was probably craving those things.

Isn’t 1kg like 7000 kcal something? So you can do the math

Not any more good than a fat ass working out for 2 hours for the first time in a long time.

An occasional one off food binge won't do any harm.

You've got one hell of a shit to look forward to though.

    I'm in pretty bad shape.

One day of serious binging can kill me, no exaggeration.

I try to limit binging to drugs and alcohol. I'm type 1 diabetic so I can do some pretty serious damage if I binge on food

(Calories ingested-2000)/3500 will give you a decent rough estimate.

I can't speak for anyone else and don't want to get into a type 1 vs type 2 discussion, but my a1c (3 month average) has proven to be much more stable when I'm drinking as opposed to being completely sober, probably due to a number of variables

In my fifties, hypertense. 80% of the year I eat super clean, and when I don't, it's bad.

That said, as long as you don't make a habit of it, one day in your life of bad eating isn't that bad.

By the time you read this you've probably been on a scale and been shocked at the results. It probably says you're six or seven pounds heavier, right?

Don't fret, you have a high metabolism right now from all the water you're drinking, rght? Probably over a gallon a day? Keep that up and your normal diet and workout routine and you'll be back to your normal weight within a week.

I speak out of experience here. I've lost 20 pounds in a month, and gained 12 of it back within two days of binge eating and the absolute worst thing anyone can do in that situation is think 'OMG all that hard work and discipline gone... why do I bother?' And then abandon everything.

Just go back to your normal routine, and perhaps schedule your indulgences to a few items on a Saturday after a week of getting everything right to reward yourself and that'll help avoid these types of crashes.

what you're describing is a 'cheat day'.

with your average weekly caloric intake, you can do a cheat day once a week and not gaf.

in answer to your question, absolutely none.
