How many women watch UFC to see WMMA fights?

Let's be real...UFC exploded when Ronda came on the scene. So yes, there are a lot of WMMA fans out there. WMMA fights have some really good fights like the recent Karate Hottie vs KK.

With that said, I'm only a casual WMMA fan so I only watch PVZ, Karate Hottie and Thug Rose.
 
Always lots of women in the crowd. They clap for the ladies too.

I mean wtf? Can’t some people just be mma fans...As in liking both men and women fights? So many people work so desperately to separate them. The war is over and you lost.

It's difficult to find chicks who watch any sport let alone MMA.
 
I don't know about women, but I do watch wmma from time to time, mostly when strikers are in.

I'd rather watch them than watching two wrestlers disputing who hugs each other most of the time for 15 minutes.
 
my wife watched Ronda fights, but that's it.

She has seen glimpses of other women's fights and they don't hold her interest for more than 30 seconds.
 
I don't think a lot of women will tune in specifically because of WMMA. But when there are a few wmma fights on the card, wife's and girlfriends are more likely to sit and watch if their man is watching it anyway, instead of going away to do something else until it's finished.

This exposes them to the UFC brand in general and they eventually become familiar with the sport and at least a handful of the big names.

This doesn't directly increase viewer numbers but I'm sure it helps in general with the bigger picture. E.G it may stop mother's from discouraging their sons from watching it etc.

They don't include wmma just to piss everyone off. They obviously know it is good for business in the long run. Otherwise they wouldn't do it.
 
Probably like 3 or something wmma is for perverts and weirdos not people who like fighting the skill level is much to low to enjoy

You'll never find out by asking here. Not because there aren't women watching sports, but because there aren't any women on Sherdog.
 
All of Conor's baby mommas and victims probably watch, so that's a pretty high number right there. Karyn Bryant. and I'm sure some others too.
 
Had a GF that liked MMA and combat sports in general. When Honda showed up, her interest doubled. It was kind of interesting to see.
 
My kids Mom has always been a Wanderlei fan but she never really watched him fight, she just thought he was hot.

Out of the thousands of girls I've banged, I don't think any watched MMA.
