How many women watch UFC to see WMMA fights?

If you don't include family members of the WMMA fighters. WNBA players always complain how they should receive more money like NBA, yet their ratings are abysmal even tho half of the US population are female. Why don't they watch WNBA and support it?

How many women do you know who watch a lot of sports? I live in an NFL crazy town, so it's a bit of an outlier, but even here, while a fair percentage of women watch football, very few are interested in other sports. Sports leagues and promoters are always trying to break into that market in a big way, and I doubt they'll stop trying.

If my wife watches the UFC Embedded or Countdown specials with me prior to a big fight, she seems genuinely more interested in the fight story line and how it will all play out.

All that being said, she doesn't give a fuck about MMA.
