What Americans need to understand is that PPV sales doesnt change much for the UFC. USA, maybe UK and Australia is about the only countries running a PPV model. Every other country showing this card has already paid for showing UFC so it doesnt matter if its Mcgregor vs Khabib or Megan Anderson vs Felicia Spencer. They will earn the same money anyways. Thats also why Khabib vs Gaethje was probably one of the most watched UFC cards in history even if it didnt do "well" on PPV buys. Because the middle east, Europe or Russia doesnt have PPV but it was on prime time for us.
