Leo Negao, Raphael Haubert, Roger Brooking, Marcos Flexa, Fabricio Werdum, Roger Gracie, Braulio Estima, Carlos Lemos Jr, the Sukata brothers and Nelson Solari all live in Europe. I am sure there are a few more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

Add to that, Christian Kennedy. My BJJ trainer. He was the first ever black belt in Sweden/Scandinavia. Got it from Carlson Gracie.
