How many jumping lunges can you do, or what is the most you have done?

    Sorry I haven't worked out my legs in a while, but the most I can do is 40 right now, but Im going back into training, yeah! Also no half assing the lunges, it means jumping straight up in the air as high as you can.

    Those aren't called lunge jumps, those are called split squat jumps, and they're an effective plyometric.

    Which is exactly why I can't see any reason to doing 40 of them. Is that some form of HIIT?
