I remember in a GSP interview he mentioned that he had someone preparing all of his meals while he was in camp to make sure he was eating exactly what he was supposed to.

Dolce is the only name we ever hear, but surely there are others out there doing the same thing, without all the promotion.

If you spend your camp (and pre-camp) in one region, I don't imagine it would be that expensive to get someone to prepare all of your meals and snacks, adhering to a strict set of guidelines.

This guy handles everything for Rizin.

I've only dolce and Lockhart. Dolce charges 1000 a day too and that makes me wonder what Floyds food guy gets.

I don't know if he does things to the extent Dolce does, but George Lockhart.

This is normal in pro sports. It's called having a chef. UFC fighters can only afford it for a few weeks out of the year.

It's expensive because the guy (Dolce) can't be everywhere at once. If he is shadowing one client, then he can't be making money somewhere else, therefore expensive.
