I mentioned in the post above yours, the first amendment could go under the guise of "hate speech" and once they start picking away at what speech is acceptable/legal, it only goes downhill from there and leftists are already creatively "interpreting" the 2nd amendment.

Really? Obama didn't just give an executive order to "decrease gun violence" and there aren't more gun free zones and a greater discussion of limitations on the 2nd amendment? And there isn't a growth in the consideration of the "'hate crime" attachment and racial motivation for crimes because of language? And there aren't more supporting the abolition of the 1st amendment and people losing their jobs and having a mob against them for "insensitive speech"?

Nobody is just going to go up on a podium and say, "no more 1st or 2nd amendment". They take incremental steps so you don't even know the exact point they're gone and that most certainly has already started.
