How many exercises should i do for each muscle?

I agree, Grapefruit is the main citrus suppliment, however you have to start somewhere. Starting Orange is a great place to begin. Just stay away from CrossFit and their Lemon use. Someone is going to get hurt.

One of my buddies who does CrossFit invited me to something he called a Lemon Party. I was like, "hell naw, bruh, I'm all about the oranges."
 
True story. One time I ate 3 and a half watermelons as preworkout. Then went to my gym and started my hanging situps on the preacher bench and threw up so much pink shit everywhere. People looked at me all aghast but I just screamed real hard and flexed in the mirror for like 40 mins and walked out.
