First of all, having some degree of APT is normal and it doesn't necessarily correlate to pain or anything else, depending on the individual. It's just a posture. However, if it's impacting other things in your life, then sure go for it and try to address it.
There's no set timetable for when a posture habit changes. You just have to keep working on it, the right way, and give your body time to adapt.
