How long to fix anterior pelvic tilt?

    How long will it take to fix a moderate APT should i do these exercises daily?



    I want to get rid of it ASAP

    First of all, having some degree of APT is normal and it doesn't necessarily correlate to pain or anything else, depending on the individual. It's just a posture. However, if it's impacting other things in your life, then sure go for it and try to address it.

    There's no set timetable for when a posture habit changes. You just have to keep working on it, the right way, and give your body time to adapt.
