How long does Volk stay at 155, should he beat Islam?

I think Volk's quickness/fight IQ will frustrate Islam I have Volk shocking many people.

Does he immediately go back down to defend the 45? Will they rematch Volk/Islam? (likely) Does Volk wait for Dariush/Olives winner?

If Volk wins I think we see if Arnold Allen beats Max. If Allen wins, he fights him, if Max wins, Volk fights winner of Dariush/Oliveria. I don't think we see an immediate rematch with Islam unless it is a draw or something of that nature. I can't wait to see how it plays out no matter what.

Qualifying this with the fact that I don't know too much about the science of weight cutting:

It really depends on how Volk gains the weight.
He's not a kid (34 y/o) anymore.
If he's actually putting on muscle, I'd guess that subsequent cuts to 145 would be much more difficult.

I agree. If he wins, I do not really see him defending both points. It is not like Nunes who just needs to take some extra fiber and take a dump or two to make 135. Just kidding by the way, but my experience coaching women's wrestling tells me that women can cut weight easier (as long as their cycle is not interfering) as their carry more water and fat on average.
