No, I think with the influx of Asian and Mexican immigrants, America is getting more conservative. There are also a number of Americans in the Midwest and the South that will always be conservative.

Edit: I mean that in ideology, not in the way they vote. They typically vote Democrat because the GOP does their best to push them away.

To answer the OP: extreme amount of anything will quickly become disasterous. There needs to be a balance. As to how much that actually is? I couldn't say.


I find Liberals more annoying than they are harmful tho. I view myself as more of a moderate because extreme right conservatives I find to be idiotic.
