How is You’ll Romero like 43 and still the best athlete in the sport

Romero comes from Cuba. A place that isnt full of estrogen filled foods like the US. Also a lot less stress living in Cuba of course Romero looks young. Both of my uncles in Cuba are 40, and 45 in they look early 30s. My grandpa also looked young in his 50s in he was always in shape without touching a weight. My dad was also lean, and ripped naturally. See in Cuba gets cant stay home, and play xbox all day. Most kids are outside. The US has a lot of foods filled with estrogen like Diary. Which causes people's hormones to be imbalanced . People are also a lot more stressed here.
