How is this not illegal

next time make a clip or reference the time where it occurs if you would like some replies....

Alright my bad. About 10:20 into the video or so they show the replay. That looks more like Levin getting bum rushed and pushed down and then an illegal knee flooring him. That ref was in a bad spot but shit man that man just took one to the jaw. Don't see how that can be considered a clean knockdown.
 
The punch he threw landed on the jaw which caused the KD but that knee was landed while he was already down ref just missed it doubtful Levin even was aware it happened
 
The combo was a superman punch followed by the knee. Joe followed through with the combo instead of stopping, nothing wrong with that. Didn't change the fact that the punch is what dropped Levin.
 
yup finally im not the only 1 caught that,the knee was illegal it at least should of been a point deduction.
 
it did look like Glory wanted Schilling to win in his hometown. that knee which didn't get sanctioned, and more importantly that slip counted as a knockdown and which determined the winner, what a shame for a final...
 
Well, Glory also write on site that Saki"s move - the sweep - was illegal. Who was referee at Levin-Schilling? The other amateur, Mufadel? He"s not much better than the old retired.

American referees. You do know in most states you're forced to use their referees? Also the judges are all theirs as well (CSAC). So expect many more screwjobs in the near future. These people don't know the first thing about kickboxing, so they're going to keep screwing up.

The ref is Marcos Rosales.
 
the knockdown in the final round was retarded. it was clearly a slip. joe was getting beat in this fight.

He got hit hard behind the ear. Off balance or not, the rules in Glory are clear even for flash knockdowns. It's a knockdown.

What a shame for keyboard warriors.

First no one said Joe could win...and now that he he has, it's time to pick apart the fight and find that moment that say's "See, even if he won, I was right! He shouldn't have won!"

I was ringside for the fight, he connected with a punch just as you can see clearly in the video & Levin went down.
On the way down, Levin got hit with the next part of the combo that was already in motion.

Levin got punched in the head and it caused him to "slip" or go down...thats a knock down. If you have ever watched fights before you know, that its not uncommon for a 2nd shot of a combination to land in the split second after the first shot KO'd a guy.

Do you fight, or even train? Or do you just talk trash behind a screen?
