How ironic that MM was the highlight of the night.

Like Jones & MM. But it's hilarious how Sherdog is raving over MM's 1st rd finish and underwhelmed with JJ's decision.
 
Opponent quality wise yeah but dat Yair tho.
 
Mighty Mouse is awesome always. But Yair Rodriguez was certainly the highlight of the card.

Yea, that kick! Still Mighty Mouse should get the credit he deserves. Got taken down by a gold medal wrestler and just shook it off and beat his ass in the next 30 seconds.

That was bonkers. Really something spectacular with Yair's kicking game.

Pettis vs Barboza was a fun kickboxing match with a ton of action. Overall a fairly entertaining card.

People are being hyper critical of Jones. He barely got hit and systematically beat up a top 10 guy in OSP who was fighting not to lose and got save by the bell.
 
I don't think it's unexpected. MM doesn't get the credit he deserves. I always look forward to his fights and find him exciting. Dodson is fun to watch too.
 
I'dd rather watch a lhw fight anytime how boring it may turn out to be over a kindergarden fight how exiting it may turn out to be.
You can say what you want but you wont persuade me.
 
MM is always entertaining. Nothing ironic about the situation,

haha, I was thinking the same thing. I was like wow, the Jon jones fight was the least exciting. shocked, but happy with the card overall.
 
I loved the way MM just leg pressed Cejudo off him. It reminded me of when Sean Sherk did something like that to ?Tyson Griffin IIRC.
 
Not surprising at all. I don't understand why people are not bigger fans. Great mixed martial artist. Are people really that insecure to not like him due to his size?

most MM haters are guys in the 5'8-5'11 range who are insecure about their heights so they want to feel superior by making fun of men shorter than they are. They're always the ones who loudly vocalize their disdain for "midgets" when they themselves are manlets in denial.
